We always try our best to describe items as accurately as possible. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item on the grounds of mis-description, please contact us so we can resolve this.

We offer a 15-day refund policy, but this does not apply to buyers who have viewed the pieces beforehand. We will only take back items, which are in the same condition as they were when they left us. Unfortunately we cannot cover courier or postage costs for returns.
